1. The use of equipment:

    This machine is suitable for the continuous and fast vapor solid color of natural cellulose fiber, regenerated cellulose fiber and its blended fabric with reactive dyes or vat dyes. This machine is particularly suitable for rapid military camouflage printed after the steam steaming fixation process.

2. Equipment characteristics:

    Formed in the superheated steam 120 ℃ ~ 130 ℃, uniform temperature field and humidity field, paste dye rapid moisture absorption and heating, transferred to the interior of the fiber, and fiber occurred rapid response, sessile (the whole process takes only 6 ~ 12s). Can reduce or cancel printing paste moisture flux -- the amount of urea, reduce production costs, reduce environmental pollution, more environmentally friendly. It has the characteristics of fast speed, uniform color, bright color, clear color, high color fastness, good hand feeling and so on.
